Team United takes on The Push-Up Challenge

We’re proud to announce our enthusiastic participation in The Push-Up Challenge, with over 115 employees from across our branch network taking part to raise funds for mental health charities. Our team has not only demonstrated outstanding commitment and team spirit but has also surpassed our initial fundraising goals, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to support mental health initiatives.

The Push-Up Challenge is a nationwide event aimed at raising awareness and funds for mental health, encouraging participants to complete a set number of push-ups between 5-28 June 2024. This year, United Fasteners' employees are embracing the challenge with determination and vigour, uniting across various branches to contribute to this noble cause.

"We are thrilled by the overwhelming support and participation from our team," said Brenton Finch (Business Improvement & QHSE Manager/Team Captain of United Fasteners). "Mental health is a critical issue, and it's heartening to see our employees come together to make a real difference. Surpassing our fundraising target is a testament to the dedication and generosity of our workforce."

The funds raised will be donated to Lifeline and other organisations dedicated to providing essential mental health services and support to those in need. By contributing to this cause, United Fasteners aims to play a part in breaking the stigma around mental health and ensuring that more people have access to the help they deserve.

As we celebrate this achievement, we extend our gratitude to everyone who has donated and supported our team. Your contributions are making a tangible impact, and we are proud to stand alongside you in advocating for better mental health.
